Work completed by Extreme Chimney 6/26/2010. Water heater failed 8/2/2022. Plumber had to break wall to tie tank top water heater exhaust into chimney liner. Unfortunately no T-Connection was present. Now, I have to hire a reputable chimney repair service to replace chimney liner and add T-Connection for boiler and water heater. The T-Connection should have been part of the original installation in 2010. Being a home owner my education never ends.
Description of Work: Replace clay liner with steel liner, chimney sweep, concrete crown and chimney cap.
