+ -1 moreCalled on Wednesday after I realized I had not properly changed a few electrical outlets at home. Arranged an appointment for Friday morning (the team wasn't avaoilable on Saturday morning because of training activities). The technician found and corrected the issue quickly, and double-checked all the outlets I had worked on at my request to make sure everything was done properly. He also explained me what I did wrong so that I would be able to do it correctly in the future.

Description of Work: The did three jobs we had long needed: (1) They installed a light fixture over our front steps which had never had a light before. They installed a digital timer control for this light which allows every imaginable option, including the one we use, which automatically adjusts the times the light comes on and goes off each week to match the changing hours of darkness and light based on our latitude. They got the proper permits and inspections for this job which were required because it was part of a larger renovation of our front steps which required a city permit. (2) They also installed an outdoor electrical outlet near the steps. (3) They replaced a defective double floodlight which lights our driveway and installed an excellent adjustable motion sensor control which comes on exactly when we need it and does not keep coming on with every little breeze or passing car.
