Description of Work: I called them to fix the cement between the stones on the walk. They said they would have a representative call to set up an appointment. It has been four days and no one has called me.

+ -1 moreTHEY ARE NOT RESPONSIVE. THEY DO NOT RESPOND ON A TIMELY BASIS. WE HAVE TO GO AFTER THEM TO GET ANYTHING DONE. THEY ARE DECENT PEOPLE AND GET THE WORK DONE EVENTUALLY.
Description of Work: THEY MOW THE LAWN AND FERTILIZE THE YARD. IF THERE IS LANDSCAPING TO BE DONE, IT'S EXTRA.
