We had CAPPCO power wash our deck and soft wash our roof. Our deck has not looked this good in a long time. Rick and his team were professional and cleaned a few extra small areas where he saw mold on the driveway. Highly recommend them.

Rick came out early as he said he would. After giving me an overview of the process he and his buddy cleaned the front and rear of my house. The awnings (which were covered with mold and mildew) look incredible. They almost look brand new after not having been cleaned for 20 years. The aluminum siding on the front and rear of the house looks amazing as well. Here is when you know that you have found a company that goes above and beyond what you are paying them to do. Rick saw the brick firewall on my semi-attached house has was covered with what I think was black mold. He cleaned it and told me afterward that he thought it was the right thing to do. The brick now looks, you guessed it, amazing! He also cleaned the driveway and walk areas. I plan to have Rick stop by an clean the exterior of the house every year. I highly recommend Rick and his crew. Regards.

The power washing removed paint from the eves in several places which should not have happened. Paint was also removed from the wrought iron railings and brass fittings on the doors were stained. None of this was expected.

Rick did a great job with the house and stone patio wash. The patio looks like new. The house looks great. Rick was very professional yet very friendly. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend the company. The price was fair and the work was excellent.
