The contractor, Samba was great! Professional and thorough. Two other repairman preceded him and did not repair the problem.

Thank you. Buyer Beware! Don't hire George Stevens from All American Asphalt for any of your driveway, sealing or paving repair needs. He did not perform any of the services that were outlined in the contract I had with him. He lied several times during the job about the work he was intending to do and even lied about coming back a week later to give me a refund. He didnft care that I was not satisfied during or after the job. He was rude, argumentative, and very unprofessional. I hired him to repair a cut through my driveway which was done to run a lawn sprinkler pipe. The contract called for a "Hot Asphalt" repair, then the removing of the existing oil stains on the driveway and the re-coating of the entire driveway. The day of the job he showed up an hour late, immediately left his young son and another worker to do the job while he took off to Home Depot to pick up the incorrect material (Cold Patch) for the job. I watched them work and they seemed unskilled, but I was hopeful that I would end up with a good end result. This was far from the case. Besides not using the correct material to repair the driveway, the oil stains are coming through his new seal coat. In the end, I had to hire another Asphalt company to do the job correctly and correct the mess he left behind. When they arrived, even the workers could not believe how bad my driveway looked.

I had a horribly clogged tub drain and nothing I or the superintendent of my building did seemed to loosen it. I chose ASAP Plumbing based on all the excellent reviews. While he snaked the clog out 1-2-3 and cleaned up after himself, I almost cancelled because of delay in providing service. He was supposed to come that afternoon but called later to say he was on an emergency call and was still working on it. Then a short while later he texted he would be here in 1/2 hour. Then he called and asked if he could come by the following morning. I was disappointed but it was getting late and I understand emergencies. However, because of a forgotten conflicting appointment, he didn't get to me until about noon time. Because I had had this problem for almost 2 weeks I came very close to cancelling and finding someone else, but I'm glad it worked out. I sorely missed my long hot showers.

Job well done. He was on time. Clean up after work. Delivered just as promised. Priced reasonable. I will call him again.

Samba was polite, professional, let me know in advance when he would arrive. He was able to complete the installation quickly and cleaned up after. I recommend Samba and would use him in the future

Samba was great! He came out on a Saturday morning to take a look at our hot water heater (pilot light wouldn't stay lit). I swore I';d have to get the entire unit replaced and was dreading it, but Samba fixed it!

My parents are elderly and we are out of state. We found Samba on the Home Advisor site, which we had never used before. Samba was able to get the in quickly in order to replace their water heater. He picked up the water heater from Sears and installed it at exactly the time he said he would. He called us to let us know he was on his way to Sears and let us know how things were going during the installation. He really did an excellent job and I would recommend him highly. Samba, you are our new go to person for plumbing for our parents! Thank you!

Samba was absolutely amazing. He's very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and what needed to be done. It turned out that the blockage was where the street pipe meets the house pipe. The previous owners had a wall put up blocking that pipe so Samba had to cut into the wall. He further found a small leak in a pipe down a little further and repaired that as well. I must say prior to Samba coming my basement always had a musty smell and a damp feeling to it but since Samba made the repairs, my basement no longer smells and is dry. I no longer need to run my dehumidifier. Extremely pleased with Samba. I plan on remodeling my bathroom and will definitely be calling Samba.

Samba was very knowledgeable and patient as we discovered the root cause of the leak from my bathroom sink, and he fixed it.

After some scheduling issues (hence the 1/2 star short of perfect), Samba came and did a great job. I was reluctant to bring anyone in because I can and like to fix things myself. But I realized that this was too big a job for me. As I watched him work - including sawing off old piping and grafting on new - I could see he was a pro. In the end, he fixed an issue that I've been living with for 20 years. I'll definitely call him again the next time I need plumbing work done.

Samba took over the project of remodeling my bathroom which consisted in replacing the shower pan, toilet, vanity , tile and paint work for one bathroom and on the second bathroom there was paint and tile work done. He is very professional and finished the project in timely manner-I HIGHLY recommend Samba, We are so happy with his work!! It couldn't have been better!

There's a reason it's named ASAP...Samba responded to the inquiry quickly, he showed up on time. Not only did he take care of the original problem-sump pump but he was able to take care of replacing old shower plumbing, changing toilets, and repair a leaky pipe. He was neat efficient and courteous and he will be hired again.

Just fantastic, if you need a plumber this gentleman was top notch, he came right in diagnosed the problem and got right to work, fixed the issue and cleaned up after himself. I would highly recommend him

Samba responded promptly and completed the required repairs without delay. He was extremely courteous. I highly recommend the service he provides.

Responded quickly and took care of clogged drain. Asked to wipe shoes on the way out as to not trek dirt throughout the house from the work performed. I gave him socks and he wore them over his shoes back to his truck. Very courteous and professional. I will keep him as a good reference.
