Description of Work: By far the worst experience I've ever had with any contractor. My wife and I are taking some time this week to take Frank Arnau to small claims court. It is now month #8 The job was promised in 5 weeks. He blamed the delay on the door company. When I agreed to get the door myself and just pay him for the custom frame work, the delays continued. He started the work at month #6 after I tracked him down and knocked on the door of his home. The exterior frame work was completed and am now getting rain water into the foyer because he forgot seal the seams. The interior framing remains unfinished. I have scheduled over 40 times for Frank to come and finish the work, but he has been a no show every time. Save yourself the aggravation. Never ever use him!

Description of Work: Proprietor came to provide an estimate to replace our front entry door and rebuild the frame and surrounding detail work. Was paid a 50% deposit of $2175 to begin the work, order the door, etc. Was told at the time that it would take six weeks. It has since been 4 months and he has been uncommunicative, unresponsive, evasive and wholly unprofessional. We still have no timeframe for delivery or any explanation of why it has taken this long. This will be headed to litigation in the near future if there is not immediate resolution.
