Arrived on time. Had extra materials on truck ready to fix any detected repairs. Finished in one hour.

The Alpine crew arrived on time, cleaned three flues, advised me about some future work that I should consider, and left. Questions???

You pick the day, but can't control the time they arrive and they didn't give me an ETA before they arrived (before 9am), like many companies do (~30-minute warning).

I needed more work done than anticipated, but it was explained fully and all of the work was able to be done at that time.

Rob inspected our chimney and knew right away that it needed immediate repair and also gave me full details of the project. Did a good job and also told us of other problems we had. So in all, it was great experience. Definitely recommend them.

Very professional.

Came on time. They were knowledgeable, efficient and pleasant. The chimney looks great and no water leaked into the house during the most recent torrent. Cost a bit more than I expected, but I don't really know the going rate in order to make a fair assessment.
