Gave an estimate on the fixing of my chimney. Could not clean the chimney due to damage of the chimney. Did not charge for the trip.

clean, efficient and courteous..I stayed with them the entire time they were in my house to make sure they did the job correctly...I asked them to protect the floors with drop cloths and they did.The price was appropriate and fair.

Our company contracted Alpine Chimney Sweeps to clean chimneys for our customers who are having new boilers installed. Alpine responded immediately to our requests. We found Mr. Casey and his staff to be thoroughly professional and courteous. They keep us informed as to appointments made as well as calls made with messages left to schedule appointments. Our customers are very pleased. One of our customers said that on a scale of 1-10, she would give Alpine a 12!

Not enough room here to describe how bad this was but in summary, only top half of chimney was cleaned, damper,smoke box still covered in creasote, was charged $200 for tech to rub sealant on crown for 2 minutes, no inspection done, nothing looked at other than firebox and crown, didn't move or remove our fireback so back wall is still dirty. Tech asked that check be made out to cash. I read up on proper procedure for chimney sweep and inspection and realized I got almost none of it.

very good and expensive, i wish i could do the work looked online for prices and found liner cap and all other pieces $465 i paid alpine $1900.00 but all is done and safe.
