Nice guys,but problem not solved yet still ongoing,but customer service very good

Failed to clean up after the work was done. Left sharp debris on teh deck etc.

They showed up on time and were knowledgeable. They had to take measurements for the parts that had to be made and replaced. When they came back to do the job all parts fit properly and they did a good job.

Performed as promised when promised. Professional.

They were very timely, clean and completed the job in less than 2 hrs. They re-lined my chimney, installed new caps, extended the masonery at the top of the chimney, and installed a new damper. Pricing similar to other chimney companies, but I guess that's what special services cost. Overall, very happy with their service.
