+ 0 moreOverall the salesperson we worked with was professional and helpful. However the installation team was careless and caused damage within our freshly painted home. The salesperson arrange for a contractor to fix the mistakes within the same week the carpet was installed.
Description of Work: We had 850 sq/ft of carpet replaced and installed.

+ -1 moreI sent the prospective tenant to Allen to shop for carpet that she would find satisfactory. I gave her a budget for the job and it came in just under it. They did a tidy job and cut and tied up the previously installed carpet for easy pickup by the local sanitation dept. I appreciated the fact that Allen was able to work with both me and my tenant as needed without too much hassle.
Description of Work: Installed carpet in three small rooms (11'x12') and a hallway in a rental apartment which I own.

+ -1 moreTheir first estimate was high, but then the salesman was able to reduce the price by joining two pieces with a seam, reducing wasted material. No complaints about the installation. I would go back if the price were right.
