Two men, very professional. works great.

Al Rovins was great! After purchasing a home I had them come and change all of the locks. A few of the locks had been painted over/not used for a long time, however they were able to get all of them working and on one universal key for the house. Would not hesitate to use them again. They were courteous, efficient and on time!

A lock of my door was damaged. I took it to the locksmith for repairs. I was given a replacement part that worked perfectly, and the price was much less than expected.

The lock on our front door broke. I had a different locksmith come to fix it, but they wanted to replace the entire mortise entry set (which was at least $500 not including installation). I called this company for a second opinion. They arrived on time for the appointment, quickly changed the broken lock and left a set of new keys. They were perfect! My mortise lock is really old, but they were able to work on it without any problems.

I called on Friday and described the locks I wanted replaced. (There were 5 in total (2 door handle locks, 3 deadbolts). They scheduled me for Saturday morning. They had everything they needed to replace the locks. They were punctual and fast and very personable. I will definitely use them again.
