Blamed us for circuitry issue (BS). Never responded to my concern they performered poorly. (I have experience in electromechanical ops/repairs). Please provide a better list of reputable appliance repair companies.

When my contract runs out, I will not have a contract again or buy appliances from them again. There are times when it takes a long time for someone to come. They aren't very consistent. Their contracts are expensive, but they do fix it. Sometimes I have an appointment and no one would show up. They forgot to tell me they were short with people that day. They were very professional when they did come.
Description of Work: I have contracts. Sears subcontracts to them.

The associate was very insulting and argumentative. He didn't listen to anything I was explaining. We were just bantering for about 8 minutes. He acted like I was an ignorant woman who didn't know how to operate a refrigerator. The company sounded good originally, but the associate was very rude.
Description of Work: They came to inspect my refrigerator because it was freezing my vegetables.
