Description of Work: Mr. Nolan dropped by to look at a few repair ideas which I had, but suggested that while he could do them, it might not be cost-effective and suggested I consider other options. Pleasant and affable, Mr. Nolan was able to discuss things with me but we did not agree in the end to have any of the repairs done at this time.

He is honest, smart and value priced. I would recommend him to others for construction work or any changes to their home. I would rate him highly. I would use him again in the future.
