+ 1 moreWent very well. Always was there when he said he would be and called it he would not be for some reason. Pleasant and easy to work with. Solid quality of work.
Description of Work: Replaced beams and other supporting structure in the garage so the garage door opener would work. He has also replaced a toilet and repaired some other plumbing issues. He has also replaced some wallboard the was water damaged.

+ -1 moreJohn was a good guy and I like him a lot. He came out and helped me. He would be here when he should be. He attends to me. We were more on a casual level because he lives down the road from me. He was just a really nice guy. I trust him and he was wonderful. The price was very fair. If there was something he did not know how to do he would tell me up front. I would be using him as often as I can.
Description of Work: I used John Conklin to replace a piece in my toilet and I do not know the name of the piece.

+ -1 moreMr. Conklin did a great job, which is nothing new for him. I hope you will use his services.
Description of Work: Mr. Conklin installed a shower head with attached hand-held sprayer for me and my husband. He came as soon as he could, and installed the shower head in a neat and timely fashion. It does not leak, and again, he has done a great job. I would be lost without him as he is trustworthy and I do not have to stand over him. He knows how to do quite a lot of jobs and they are always done well
