Errors in Mr. Michel's report are going to cost me thousands of dollars. He included a photo of the wrong outdoor compressor. It looked to be relatively new and in good shape. The unit that actually belonged to the condo was old and rusted and it turns out it needs to be completely replaced. Had I been provided with a photograph of the right unit, I would have done more investigating into its state and taken this into account when purchasing the condo. Unfortunately this was not the case and Mr. Michel refuses to accept any responsibility in this matter. He also missed a moisture problem near one of the windows and an electrical issue in the laundry room. As a first time home buyer I trusted him and he was a huge disappointment.
