GREEN HOME CLEANING

1) The floors were left very wet (including the wood floors) smelly and dirtier after mopping. Made the whole house smell like dirty mop water. I had to clean up after they cleaned and light candles to get rid of dirty smell. I essentially had to re-clean the house.especially the floors. Honestly the house was dirtier and more difficult to re-clean after they "cleaned". 2) Never cleaned the bathroom faucets and sinks. Again..I essentially re-cleaned everything. 3) There was complaining that the house was real big (which it is not-it just looks that way from the outside) so I eliminated the office, my son's room, and the master bedroom. I did see that they vacuumed the master bedroom. 4.) They said there was 8 hours of work to clean the whole house (including the rooms that were left out) and I agreed. With two people it should take four hours which is what the gift certificate was for. It takes me 8 hours to expertly clean my house. There was no expertise shown by these people. I would never use them again and would never recommend them to anyone.

I hired Green Home Cleaning to do a cleaning of my home in New Paltz. They did a fabulous job! Not only did they clean but they tidied up my kids toys, took my garbage out, and vacuumed my couch and chairs (I have a dog). I love the fact that they only use eco-friendly products. Coming home to a sparkling clean house that doesn't have a "chemical cleaner" smell is literally a breath of fresh air! The customer service is great as well. The owner, Melinda, has always returned my calls quickly and goes above and beyond expectations. Last month she personally came to clean my house on a Saturday morning because I was having unexpected guests that afternoon. I highly recommend them!
