+ -1 moreOnce I decided that I was ready to buy, Ken gave me access to his MLS listings. He took me to see places of interest to me. When I signed a binder, he negotiated for a better price, having asked me in advance what I was willing to spend. This is a story with a happy ending because Ken helped me to purchase a home in which I am looking forward to spending many years to come.
Description of Work: Ken was my real estate agent as I searched for a home in this area. After our initial talk, he asked me several questions that allowed the on line house searches to be tailored to my needs and desires. He had access to all kinds of real estate sites which he made available to me. When I found homes that interested me, he set up times for us to visit. If I expressed particular interest in a home, he printed out more detailed reports about that home. When I finally found the one that I've just purchased, he negotiated very successfully to bring the cost of the house into my price range. Anytime I called or e-mailed with questions, Ken responded quickly. He seemed to always be available. I highly recommend using Ken as your broker.
