My contractor not so much, but Jeff has worked through several problems and has been very helpful and understanding. His work is very good as well as his ability to explain what needs to be done and take guidance from the property owner who actually has some understanding of the lay of the land. Yes, I'm a female and not many guys out there listen, so 4 thumbs up for Jeff.
Description of Work: Jeff Bak of Spring Line designed and oversaw a new septic installation for an older property. He arranged the needed survey, Did the appropriate tests and worked with the county for an approved design. When the construction began they ran into an unexpected natural spring that had to be diverted away from the septic system. He worked with the excavator to provide a reasonably priced and effective solution. He has also provided as built plans. I would definitely use his services again.
