Description of Work: Louie Giorgi and his team replaced an old damaged asphalt shingle roof with a metal roof. We mainly concerning a lack of insulation. Louie clearly communicated everything and gave us options. He was always available to address any questions or concerns. His quality of work was very high. Clean up was also impeccable. I highly recommend him.

+ -1 moreDespite rain interruptions, the work was performed promptly and professionally in a little over four days. As with previous work, Louie Giorgi provided and kept to the initial estimate, and kept us fully informed of progress throughout.
Description of Work: He inspected outside siding where water had damaged internal plaster walls, removed old clapboard on part of wall and corner, removed blown insulation, inserted fiberglass insulation; provided, fastened and painted new cedar pre-primed clapboard.

+ 0 moreWritten estimate/proposed contract was provided promptly, and revised as per owner's request.Work was performed three weeks later. Some additional work proved necessary to replace rotted boards, fascia and beams, which was fully explained and discussed beforehand.Weather was good: work proceeded on time.Cleanup was impeccable. Contractor and his personnel were knowledgeable, highly professional, helpful and always pleasant.
Description of Work: Stripped and roofed large garage in March 2012, including repairs to some underlying boards, beams, and fascia. Provided all supplies and removed all debris. [This contractor had previously done roofing for main house in mid-2003, with fully satisfactory result]
