Description of Work: It goes back to August 2010. He was not retained for the A/C we asked. However, there was nothing negative about his company or him. His estimate was even cheaper than the one we retained. He was professional and on time We did not retain his company because I trusted more another brand than the one he was carrying. (Mitsubishi versus LG for an A/C)

Description of Work: I am surprised at the other reviews. I wish I had their experience. Basic story is that my furnace worked before I had my furnace cleaned by TF O'Brien and hasn't worked since. I just wanted an annual servicing and it hasn't worked since, and i had them back three times. They send these young inexperienced people to your house who appear to be working on a furnace for the first time. If you do use them, tell them to send someone who has experience. They sent me a kid who didn't even have the sense to turn the switch in the furnace back on after he "serviced" it. I think he shorted a circuit while he was here, and now they want me to pay to fix it.

Description of Work: TODAY I HAD MY HUMIDIFIER SERVICED-THEY ARRIVED AS PROMISED AND EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY-TWO YEARS AGO I HAD THE COMPLETE HOT AIR HEATING SYSTEM REPLACED WITH A CARRIER HIGH EFFICIENCY TWO STAGE GAS UNIT-I HAD OIL BEFORE SO IT WAS A COMPLETE INSTALL INCLUDING AN AO SMITH HOT WATER HEATER-THEY WAREN`T THE LEAST EXPENSIVE NOR WERE THEY THE MOST EXPENSIVE-PLUS THEY ARE LOCAL AND HAVE BEEN DOING BUSINESS FOR AT LEAST 20 YEARS IN THE SAME LOCATION-IN FACT I L;IKE THEM SO MUCH THAT I GOT MY CHURCH TO SIGN AN A/C COMTRACT WITH.THEM-THE ORIGIONAL INSTALL COST ABOUT $8000 COMPLETE .
