POPULAR PLUMBING AND HEATING

Popular Plumbing should be put out of business. I renovated 2 bathrooms and a kitchen and hired them as my plumbers. Before I fired them, they managed to flood my neighbors a total of 3 times, cut an electric line, drop a light out of my neighbor?s ceiling and severely damage my kitchen subflooring. One of the floods caused by Popular?s incompetence was bad enough to affect the neighbor below me AND the neighbor below her. Thankfully, the next two floods only affected the neighbor just below me. The jerk they sent over to run a tube for my ice maker was told to run the line around the walls since they were all opened up during the renovation. Instead, he cut a hole down the center of my kitchen floor. In doing so, he cut an electrical line that caused a hi-hat light in the apartment below me to fall out of the ceiling and required an entire section of my subflooring to be replaced. Kenny, Popular?s obnoxious man in charge was unapologetic and tried to convince me that the plumber doing the work did what was right. They refused to pay for the damage to my neighbor?s apartments during the 3 floods they caused or the damage to my kitchen subfloor. Popular is run by obnoxious people who think they?re doing you a favor by fixing their mistakes. Its employees don?t know what they?re doing. Stay away from these crooks? Look for my complaints with the respective Nassau Agencies.

I THOUGHT THEY WERE PRETTY GOOD. WE HAD A COUPLE OF LITTLE THINGS THAT THEY HAD TO RETURN TO OUR HOME AND FIX. IT WAS ALL DONE WITHIN A RESONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
