I called Parkway Pest Services after seeing that they were a family-owned company and had been in the business a while. I checked the website and read other reviews. I also checked them out on BBB. They were so accommodating and warm on the phone. They sent over Puneet, their top technician, to do a full inspection a week later. He noticed past signs of termites but they were decades old. He looked at all the baits and told us that the wood baits were not reliable and that they use the Sentricon 24/7 baiting system. It only needs to be inspected annually instead of quarterly (bonus!). Puneet explained everything about the baits they use, the company itself, his experience, and offered advice about our bird feeder placement as well. The Sentricon Utilizing Always Active™ technology, the Recruit® HD bait is immediately available. Parkway as a GPS on each so they can be hidden underground if you're fussy about them being visible to others. They use a metal-detector-type device to locate each bait. Puneet put in 32 baits, way more than we've ever had. He numbered them all, so we can tell if any go missing and he knows if any need to be replaced. The GPS tracking lets the main office know if techs aren't checking all the baits too, which is a huge plus for us. Ours were not checked half the time by previous companies, but they charged a fortune. Since the original install date, we had to have Puneet back to reinstall 2 replacement baits which were accidentally discarded by the guys digging out around the foundation on the back of the house. He came a week later and we were charged for his visit + 2 replacement baits ($20./each). Tatyana in the office is a delight. She really nails customer service and reflects the integrity and professionalism of Parkway Pest. They use the credit card we paid with to bill any services we need. I only wish I'd hired them years ago! Please use these guys. They are AWESOME!!! Initial inspection and install cost listed below, for 32 Sentricon Always Active™ Recruit® HD baits. Ongoing annual contract is $300.00/yr, $300.00 less than our other company, who never did a thing.

I’ve had a pretty good experience with them. A very limited experience but what I did have with them was pretty good .They were very personable and did what exactly I needed to be done. They were very good. I didn’t need them to do anything much but what I needed them, they were there. I’ve only dealt with one person that works there so I don’t know everything about them. There’s one guy who comes to do the service whenever I need it. I don’t know the entire company. They provided good service. It’s very personalized. They will call you and take care whatever you need. They are not 100% responsive immediately when you need them. You have to schedule things in advance. They give you like a 4 hour window.

We knew we had a termite problem but didn't know how severe it was or what needed to be done. The company owner, Mr. Scala, came himself to inspect the problem and told us that for effective treatment we would have to remove some of the plywood paneling in the basement and the wood floors in two closets. Once we had this done, Mr. Scala's team came and thoroughly treated all affected areas, drilling down inside and outside the basement and in the garage to inject insecticide and spraying exposed wood. We have had no signs of infestation since the treatment. Mr. Scala returned the following autumn to confirm the effectiveness of the treatment. We asked for another inspection this spring to assure us that there were no signs of re-infestation and that we could now replace our paneling and flooring. Mr. Scala, himself, came to do the inspection. He told us that we could put our basement back together but that he would like to treat any new lumber that would be used behind the wall or under the floor. Mr. Scala and his workers were prompt, professional and friendly. The work done was very effective. We believe we paid a very fair price for the work that was done last spring. Mr. Scala did not charge us for either of the two follow-up inspection visits. In sum, it was a pleasure dealing with Parkway Pest Services. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed or to recommend them to others.

I called to get a price quote for an annual contract for the Sentricon Always Active bate stations (33 in total) that I had previously installed and maintained by another exterminating company. I was told that in order to get a price quote, they would need to send someone to look at the property. Ok, fine. Then I was told there was a $135 "consultation fee" for this visit and that this charge would be credited toward any work/service Parkway would provide. Excuse me, but is it me or am I missing something. I'm looking for a lower priced annual contract to maintain the bait stations and am doing a price comparison and Parkway wants to charge $135 just to give me the privilege of getting a price from them. I don't think so.

I had them for 15 years and they have honored my rate for 15 years. I don't think I should say their price because I know they don't charge that anymore. They're consistent and reliable. They changed personnel over the years but all of them have been nice people who I don't mind letting into my house frankly. The price is also reasonable. I haven't had any problems with pests since they came into my house.

It was convenient. They had somebody over and they came by very quickly same day. They misdiagnosed the whole problem, but they were good. They were reliable. When I told them there was a misdiagnosis, they gave me partial refund and you know they were apologetic about it.

They were professional and thorough and very serious about doing the best job. The person who came listened to my concerns. I would use them again if need be. The problem was corrected.

I called Parkway Pest Services b/c I found insects w/wings in the mulch of my outdoor garden. I wasn't sure if the insects were termites and didn't want to take a chance of just leaving them alone. Patsy came to my home w/in the time promised. He looked at the insects in the garden and confirmed they were not termites and then looked around the outside of the house and inside the basement and garage for evidence of termites. Luckily he didn't find any signs of them. I asked for an estimate for a termite protection system, which he proviced, and will serously consider his company if we decide to purchase such a system.

Patsy was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole process. This is our first home, so having found termite damage freaked us out majorly! Patsy helped figure out the issue, the cause, and a solution to help us prevent any issues in the future. I'd say the price is a bit high, but they did install more units than I thought they would and hopefully it's doing its job. Like I said, being new to the community, Patsy and the staff at Parkway were very friendly and helpful in working out this problem. Prompt and flexible with everything too.

Came and realized no treatment was needed, were very helpful in getting me the certification I needed saying the house was termite free.

I have used them many times over the years. I have been have been using them for over twenty years. They are responsive, do a good job and are reasonable.

They havn't done anything bad. They have been pretty good. The price is average.

Peter and his crew were prompt, courteous, skilled and detail oriented. It was not an easy job, as it required access thru a narrow opening into a crawlspace where termites had flourished. It was dusty and dirty, as most crawlspaces are, but they were careful, observant and thorough. A concrete topping was installed covering the locations where the termiticide was applied. The job was most successful. The technicians even installed wooden stakes around the foundation exterior as monitoring devices to ensure the termites showed no further activity. They were very clean and went out of their way to be sure they provided excellent customer satisfaction. If I had termites again, which is now highly unlikely, I would call them again. I would certainly recommend them to anyone. They were great!

They said they would charge $175 for the first visit, and $75 for each additional visit. I thought that price was much too high compared to other companies I've worked with. They were nice enough on the phone, though.

THEY COME WHEN PEOPLE ARE NOT HOME. THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO CHECK INSIDE OUR HOME AS WELL, AND CAN'T IF THEY CAN'T COME INSIDE. THEY ARE VERY RESPONSIVE WHEN THEY NEED TO COME BACK. THEY DON'T NEED TO DO THAT WHEN THEY COULD COME WHEN WE ASK.

THEY PROVIDE SATISFACTORY INSPECTION ANNUALLY. THEY SHOULD CALL AHEAD OF TIME TO LET ME KNOW THAT THEY ARE COMING FOR AN INSPECTION. THEY WERE JUST PROFESSIONAL AND PROVIDED ADEQUATE SERVICE.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEM. MY PROBLEM HAS MORE OR LESS DISAPPEARED. THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE. THEY COME WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE GOING TO COME. THEY SET THE TRAPS AND TAKE THEM AWAY.

THEY ARE RELIABLE, PROFESSIONAL AND THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY THEY WILL DO. THEY HAVEN'T BEEN DISAPPOINTING OR NEGATIVE FOR THE PAST 15 YEARS. THEY'RE FINE. THEY MAKE APPOINTMENTS PRETTY MUCH ON TIME.

THIS COMPANY DID A GREAT JOB. THERE HAS BEEN LESS AND LESS AMOUNT OF BUGS INSIDE THE HOUSE. I AM PLEASED WITH HOW WONDERFULLY THIS COMPANY HAS MADE OUR LIVES BETTER AT HOME.

WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY FOR MANY OF YEARS. WE HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY HAVE PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. I AM HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY.

PARKWAY EXTERMINATING DID A GREAT JOB ELIMINATING THE ANTS AT THE HOUSE. THE WORKER WAS CAREFUL WITH THE INSECTICIDE AND ONLY SPRAYED THE NECESSARY AMOUNT OF SPRAY TO RID THE HOUSE OF ANTS.

THEY COME, THEY DO THEIR JOB AND THEY LEAVE. IT'S NOT EXCITING. THEY COME ONCE A YEAR, AND THAT'S IT. THEY CALL AND LET US KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING AND WHEN THEY ARE ON THE GROUNDS.
