+ -1 moreI've owned this Multi-Function unit MX-860 since last January 2009. Since that time I've had to take it back to Best Buy 4 times due to mal-functions with one thing or another. I have had a run around with Canon regarding my complaints & now have to pay out of pocket as the warranty is expired.
Description of Work: Had to have the Canon 4-1 Multifunction (Copier/Scanner/Printer/Fax) taken in again for more repair for a non-functioning part (bad print alignment). Cost $99.00 out of pocket & 2 days out of service.
