Kin is great! He's professional, knowledgeable, friendly and patient. It's very easy to work with him. He always tries his best to make him available according to my schedule. He came to the house 15 minutes earlier than the appointment on a snowing day and started to take some pictures outside. He did a very detailed, professional and comprehensive inspection, guiding us through the whole process. He'd like to listen to all my questions and explained them to me. He was protecting me as a home buyer, that made me trust him. A thorough and understandable report with many pictures was given on the same day. He always picked up my phone to answer all of my questions and explain with patience even after the inspection. The price is reasonable and worth of it. I'll definitely recommend him to my friends.

Kim is the real deal. When I submitted my inquiry at HomeAdvisor within 5 seconds, I already received a phone call from Kim Li. He introduced himself and mentioned all his credentials. At first, it's like a sales pitch, but when reading all reviews and profiles, they're all true. He arrived early, taken pictures of the house and premises already. When he goes to work, very detailed, very knowledgeable and best of what he does. He will surely protect you as a home buyer. I will surely keep his contact number for future reference. Kin was fantastic! He arrived before me and waited until I got there to start the inspection.
