Called on a Monday morning with a problem with my furnace. They were there that afternoon. Explained the problem and said I needed a new furnace due to a hole in the heat exchanger. Tuesday afternoon they were at my house by 3:15 PM and the old furnace was out and the new furnace was installed by 5:15 PM. Very professional service, covered my floor with a tarp so not to make a mess of it, cleaned up everything. I would recommend Mark and his team to everyone.

The installation 2 years ago went fine. I really liked that they did not try to sell me more furnace or AC than I actually needed. They did a nice job of cleaning up also. The system has worked beautifully and I have no complaints about the product. But now it is 2 years later and time for a routine cleaning of the furnace and maintenance of the AC. So far I have called twice. The first time the gentleman who answered the phone said he didn't have the work calendar in front of him but I would receive a call the next day. Never happened. The second time a woman answered the phone and said she would check and call me back perhaps not that same day, but the next. That was over a week ago and so far no call back. I will call once more but if the result is the same, I will be checking Angie's list for a new company to service my HVAC system.

I called on behalf of my 94 year old father whose furnance was not working. We were experiencing subzero temp at the time so it was a critical situation. I called Thermo and had an immediate response. My father said they showed up, looked the situation over, went out to get a replacement part and rectified the problem. This is not our first experience with Thermo. Just this past November we had a hot water tank fail and they were right there to replace it. They are professional and trustworthy. It is so refreshing to find a business and people who really care about their clients. I can not praise Thermo enough and would recommend them without reservation to anyone. Thank you Mark, Louie and all your great employees!

They were very courteous and respectful to me and my home. I will continue to use them in the future. My only criticism is that I had to place several calls to get them to schedule me for the second visit.
