The nice thing was they had a 15' roll so no seams. The installers were awesome! The job they did was just about as perfect as you could ask for. The quality of the carpet is great. I have used Home Depot for window and doors. They always do a great job !

ewThe washer was good, the delivery was a nightmare. Unfortunately Home Depot uses 3rd party last mile providers for delivery. I have purchased doors, windows, and lots of other things with no problem. However the first attempt the delivery guys found all sorts of reasons they could not do it. Lazy was the main problem. My wife was there and they feed her a line of garbage. The second attempt I took a day off to be there so the same problems didn't occur. I did 2/3 of the work myself. I disconnected and moved old washer where they could not claim they could not remove it. I move the dryer sideways so there was ample room to get through. took the cotter pin out so the storm door opened even wider. The second crew at least took the old and brought the new in. However they claimed we needed to buy new hoses at Home Depot they must be in a package never used. They claimed the drain pipe was not straight so they needed a new one and since it went into a copper pipe and the rubber didn't go all the way to the basement they could not do the drain either. I explained it was a copper pipe all the way to the basement much better than rubber. Made no impression so I sent them on their way. I completed the hoses and drain in 15 mins. with no issues and worked perfectly fine. I will continue to use Home Depot I had no issue in the past. They delivered a stove without issue a few years ago. It required a anti-tip bracket they installed that no problem. Home Depot needs to re-think farming out their reputation to companies with no concern or regard for their customers.

They were awesome. I can't remember the name, specifically about the company that Home Depot sent out, but they were phenomenal. They're always pretty prompt and professional.

We had a very good experience with them. There were no complications, they delivered the date and time that they stated. They were very convenient. We will use them again in the future.

The online experience of ordering the washer and dryer was perfect but Home Depot's delivery was not that good. They told me they didn't have room to take the old appliances even though it was in the contract. They took the washer but we had to remove the dryer ourselves. When Home Depot installed the dryer they told me I didn't have the right hose for it so they left me with the dryer standing in the bathroom. I had to have a friend come over to install the dryer. It was not a pleasant experience.

They carry good products. I've used their contractors a number of times, and they have all done a great job. The only bad thing I would say is the man who sold us the floor gave us some inaccurate information and didn't really seem to know as much as we needed him to know about the floor itself. My overall experience with them was good. The people who put the floor down did an excellent job.

They did a really good job and they cleaned up nicely. They were very polite and I was pleased. The gutters are looking nice and strong. Their price was in the ballpark.

It was great and the contractor worked with me on best design for installation. They were here on time and finished in a quick and efficently.
