Michael White - Painting & Asphalt Coatings

I originally hired him for two jobs. The first job was done good, but there have been issues with the second. He was hired to seal a roof that previous company did wrong. It looks like nothing was done, it is leaking, spots were missed, the gutter was not fixed, screws are coming out of the roof, and stains were not cleaned. His attorney sent a letter that he was upset I called HomeAdvisor on him and that I had approved of both jobs. I only approved of the first job, I am not happy, and I do not think I should pay the additional $940 requested. His prices are also way to high.

Mike explained each step along the way for replacing my roof. The crew worked very quickly and efficiently. The job is was done very quickly. He read lied to my calls quickly as well.

Found a leak in roof on a sunday afternoon. Mike called me that night and was there monday to look at it and had it repaired on tuesday. Great customer service. I'll deffinately be using him again.

I went to Home Advisor because I could not remember Michael's last name. When I heard from him immediately by email and phone I felt blessed. He is an honest and caring person. Unsure of how to rate the value for my money. I paid a lot of money but if it stops the leaks it is worth it. I was told the chimney/roof work would take care of the leak. Had other water issues and only time will tell if the work was successful. Water is a powerful force and tends to find its way. Only time will tell. Will keep you posted.

EXCELLENT work. Clean up EXCELLENT. All done in one day. Arrived at 7am finished at 3pm. I have a ranch house. Maybe a little longer with different house size.
