 + -1 moreAfter my daughters computer would boot up it said and quot;temp fileand quot; and wouldn't save anything. They fixed the computer in 2 days and it has been working fine ever since. They were very good about answering questions and keeping me informed of what was going on with it. I asked to be notified of cost before they did anything with it. It was such a pleasure doing business with them.

 + 0 moreThe serviceman determined that my connection wire was not working and that I needed to replace it. They had the power cable available in store for purchase. The price was reasonable. He explained that sometime the connections wear out due to use.
Description of Work: The service person assessed the problem with my cable wire connection that allows me to use my MacBook and recharge my battery. I was waited on immediately upon entering the store. Staff were professional, accommodating and friendly.
