+ 0 moreChris removed the toilet, repaired/replaced the flange for the toilet and re-installed with a new wax ring. Also, he replaced my old light/fan with a new light fixture. He then installed a new fan in the ceiling closer to the bathtub where it belongs. This involved having Chris go into the attic crawl space 2 times, at least. He got the job done in the time and cost he estimated. I highly recommend Chris to anybody and I will definitely use him in the future.

Description of Work: I contacted him last fall of 2013 when I just joined. He came over and quoted a price of 20.00 per hour. I then contacted him for performing the work. He never called me back. I recently called him back to contact me to come over to perform the work. He never called me back. Very unreliable and unpredictable about working with me. I would not recommend him. FYI this was my first time working with Angie's list. Not very encouraging that you pay for a service like this. WOW

+ -1 moreChris was easy to contact and was very reliable with keeping his appointments. I thought issues with toilets would be more involved but he fixed them inexpensively with only what needed to be done. He was very pleasant and trustworthy.

Description of Work: I had a problem with my bathroom sink and toilet. Chris came over on Labor Day and promptly fixed the toilet problem, which took all of about five minutes - when you know what you are doing. The sink, because it had not been used in over 2 years, other problems, other than what I had stated, needed to be taken care. He came back a few days later and completed the project. He was able to fix the sink, cause for celebration!!! also, chalked the tub area. Chris, also put in a half door for my computer room/pet sleeping area. He did a great job, considering he became fast friends with my dogs, who greeted him each and every time. Yes, I will use him again, hopefully in October, which is coming up. Again, he did a good job.

+ 1 moreHis charge was $500. It seemed to be a fair price. He was able to do exactly what we had asked. He was easy to communicate with. He got the job done quickly. We would use him again in the future.
Description of Work: We used the services of Chris' Handyman Service in August of 2011. We had him do tiling in the bathroom and some plumbing installation.
