+ -1 moreThe first liner was wrong. The coping was never corrected. The vermiculite bottom hasn't been right since. Price very expensive. They gave me a price on re-doing the concrete that was very expensive. The company was great when the parents ran it years ago. DON'T use them.
Description of Work: We replaced pool liner, refurbished the vermiculite bottom and poured new cement steps. They had to cut pieces of aluminum coping to fit the new shape of the steps but left outside corners of coping dangerously SHARP and sloppily cut. Owner's son responded to my dissatisfaction by telling me it was perfect and then ran to the driveway and left w the crew.

+ -1 moreI bought the hot tub in summer of 2010. When electrician came to hook up one of the blower pumps didnt work.Then when we used it the water would drain half way down.They came out and couldnt find problem. After 3 more times of coming out after I filled it back up only to have it drain,they finally think they have found the problem.This is after I waited 3 months for a call back.When I got home the day they fixed it,there were 2 jets on the bottom.They told me they could not come out to relpace them,I would have to bring them in.I brought them in and they tell me they dont have any in stock.Worse experience of my life dealing with a company.Bad hot tub,worse service
Description of Work: I have had nothing but problems with hot tub I purchased. They have been out here 6 times in 7 months. Now jets are falling apart.
