Better than we could have ever imagined. Not only did Landscape Impressions install a beautiful walkway they repaired a patio they installed for us 20 years ago! The crew noticed a rotten tree trunk had caused the corner of the patio to sink - so they repaired it without us even asking them to do so. Now that’s SERVICE! Oh yeah, one of the workers was also kind enough to carry a 40 lb bag of dog food up the driveway to the front porch- better service than the delivery guy! We absolutely love Landscape Impressions and their team!

I contacted Brian and we scheduled an appointment for a consultation for work across my entire property (approx 1.5 acres). The property presents a handful of challenges including a huge hill that would require a large retaining wall. Brian was extremely knowledgeable and was able to both answer and fully explain the reasons why he answered my questions how he did. He had some awesome ideas to limit the need of the 8 foot wall and maximize ground space utilizing other areas of the yard. The overall plan that we came up with is phase 2 of a construction project that is taking place at our home as well. We collectively decided that it would be best to wait until the addition is complete prior to starting the exterior work. Unfortunately this put us into the Spring of 2020, but that is no fault of Landscape Impressions. In all honesty, we have many friends who are Landscapers and who offer quality hardscape services. We spoke with Brian and Landscape Impressions on a referral from a co-worker and we're thoroughly impressed with his knowledge and apprentice honesty. His quote for significantly more work than we had originally planned was substantially less than the five others that were interviewed. Hope to be enjoying his teams completed work before Memorial Day of 2020.

Brian took the time to look at the trees, explain what was done and gave us a few tips on how best to maintain the trees and give them the best chance to survive and thrive. Brian could have tried to sell us on having him come and do the work to fix the trees, but instead he just gave us tips that we could do ourselves. He is great guy, honest and trustworthy.

The best! Brian designed the landscaping for our new home in tuxedo park 15 years ago. We love it! His team has been maintaining it ever since and we are very happy with them.

Went well. They showed up when the on the scheduled day and time. Two guys cleared overgrowth along the property lines on fences and removed a pile of grass clippings. Cleared planting beds of weeds and trimmed the bushes and weed whacked what needed to be trimmed. Yard looked fantastic when they were done.

They were late that morning but less than a half hour. Said I needed one less boxwood, took it and said they would reimburse. I left, came home to find the juniper tied to the cable box and plant to replace tree was planted way forward. Brian did respond that night and said they couldn’t remove tree roots. Also said too many wires to stake the juniper properly but i had other bushes there before. Bottom line is he said to call when I bought an additional plant for that area and he’d see what he could do about the juniper. I’ve called, left phone messages and messages via Angie’s list to no avail. Did the same prior to their first visit but this time no response. I won’t hire again and calling another landscaper today. Btw, I asked for my bill and they didn’t respond to that either. That’s very unprofessional in my book. Cost of service was $43 an hour which didn’t quite match their Angie’s list offer of 4 hours for $160.

Took seven weeks to get an appointment, and on the the day of the appointment Landscape Impressions did not show. I called and left a message the morning of the appointment and no one has called me back, it has been 5 days and no response.

These guys do amazing work. They are fast, efficient, courteous, and don't cut corners. overtime they've come to do a job they've left the property looking perfect. I highly recommend.

It went OK. It took them awhile to actually come out after I scheduled the service but the work was done well.

Far exceeded our expectations. We have lived here for 16 years and they were head and shoulders above any other lawn service we have used. Their workers were outstanding. Trenched all areas. Trimmed all bushes.

After not hearing from them in the end of November I called and they said it would be scheduled Dec 4,2017 4. They once again rescheduled for December 12,2017 no show I reached out to Angies list on Dec 13 and 21 requesting refund and finally initiated the refund process with PayPal Angies list should consider changing the policy of from 30 days of purchase to 30 days from scheduled project

This is a great company...the owner is a terrific, smart, honest guy and actually cares about his customers...his staff is courteous and hard working...could not be happier with these guys...working with them for over 20 years...

It was a large job that went well, but with any big project problems always arise. For instance, Brian plotted out the exact placement for the pool, but when it was all measured, it was off by a couple of inches. Brian advised it should be done correctly even though I said to just leave it. Thankfully Brian insisted, because those 2 inches would have affected the grade and drainage would have been an issue. Also, when in the swimming pool, he wanted us to be able to see through the house to the front door. He didn't leave any details up to chance. He worked so closely with us in doing the design he made us feel like we designed it ourselves! The patio, with its curves and lush landscaping just complement the pool and poolhouse area beautifully. Our yard is referred to as a resort! I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the results. Our property even won a design award! I moved a month ago. As much as I like my new house I miss my backyard. I already called Landscape Impressions and told them to start thinking of some ideas for my new yard. I need a new oasis!
