ADU Water - Fire - Mold - Storm

I have been a contractor for over 30 years and have dealt with many crews in a variety of complicated situations. Frank and his guys are one of the best I’ve ever worked with. They worked a mold problem in my newly purchased, abandoned house from the top of the roof to the bottom of the crawlspace. No matter what new problem appeared and how complicated the job got, Frank kept the project on time and on budget. He had a great, relaxed presence on the site and his guys were friendly and fun. All together a great experience and could not recommend them more highly.

Frank and the team did a fantastic job. They identified all the sources of mold and confirmed there were no more leaks and then removed it all while keeping our house clean and orderly. Very much appreciated and would definitely recommend.

I paid this company $5,514 as the first half of the payment to provide mold remediation on my house. They wasted my time and money and failed to get rid of the mold. They are refusing to refund my money. After telling me they had completed the work, I paid for an air quality assessment to verify that the home was safe to return to. They failed the test. There was visible mold left in the home. So they agreed to come back out and do a better job cleaning. After they again claimed to be done, I paid for a second air quality test. They failed again. I ended up having to hire another company to do the work. This other company did a great job in half the time. All Dry did not clean the vents like they said they would, they left moldy furniture in the house, and they failed to pass inspection twice. I am out $1,800 in air assessments in addition to the $5,514 that All Dry is refusing to return. All this money and they failed to do their job of removing the mold. This is not a company anyone should use.

All Dry USA exceeded my expectations on all levels. They came in and dried the water in my kitchen and basement.After the drying process was complete they had to move the island and granite top ( approx.size 122" x 36") in order to remove the wood floor and clean up the mold that resulted from the water damage. Throughout this entire process they kept to their time line,worked efficiently,cleaned up before they left each day and were polite and respectful.They took special care in moving the island and protecting the granite top,which was a major concern of mine, and put it all back in place when the job was completed without incident. I would gladly recommend All Dry USA with out hesitation.

Michael was very knowledgeable on how to conduct himself and the repairs requested of him to complete. He was very communicative and went out of his way to address my tenants and agents concerns regarding maintenance repairs. All parties were satisfied with the quality and results of his work. I would definitely hire again and will continue to rely on his expertise in field as needed by myself and our company.
