+ -1 moreScotty handled all three items professionally and expeditiously and explained everything he did and why there had been problems. As a matter of fact he had to return the following day as there was a slight glitch in one of the items and he replaced a part with one he deemed better and wouldn't take any extra money. He said "No, I stand by my work!" I know I've found a plumber I can trust. -
Description of Work: Had several items: Leaky kitchen faucet (a leftover from a previous plumber who never returned to solve the problem). A toilet that wouldn't fill properly and so wouldn't stop running. A bathroom sink stopper not properly installed from a previous plumber.

+ -1 moreI have used Scotty s for years and even though this contractor might not be the cheapest plumber out there, you can rest assured that everything they put their hands on gets done right the first time. They are efficient, very professional, and generally masters at what they do. I wouldn t use another plumber and I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We had a drain pipe which came from our kitchen sink out to the garage that was leaking badly. They came right out and replaced the faulty piece, taking about two hours to complete and test the new replacement. All waste was thrown out by them when they finally cleaned up and left.

+ -1 moreHE CAME WHENEVER WE CALLED AND WAS VERY PUNCTUAL. IF HE CAN'T DO ANYTHING, HE LEFT WITHOUT CHARGING. HE DIDN'T CHARGE US FOR ANYTHING THAT DIDN'T NEED TO BE DONE. HE WAS VERY HONEST AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
