Very professional crew

made an appointment (specific date and time) for representative to come to the house for an estimate. Waited 45 minutes but person never came. No communication, no explanation from company.

We hired Nova to demo our kitchen for remodel. They removed pantry closets, soffits, installed high hats, relocated plumbing and completed drywall. Cabinets were installed by others. When cabinets were complete Rubin and his men came in and did all the finishing work. They installed the appliances, painted, replaced floor tile where necessary, installed under cabinet lighting, and backsplash. Working with Rubin was a pleasure, he always returned my messages. His men were always on time and cleaned up before they left every day, Rubin also helped us with tile and lighting purchases. During the time he was off the job he would call to be sure he could coordinate to have his men on site when the other contractors were complete.

Every thing was perfect. Came on time, very professional, had everything needed to do jobs.

Even after confirming he was not ready to give a firm start date. Couple of times says next Monday, next week etc. Month gone just believing this guy. This guy spoiled my plan to get painted my house before winter. By the time the temperature went low and I was unable to find anyone. I do not trust Angie's List reviews .. and will not rely on this again..

The only thing I can say is that I am very happy that I met and had my work performed by Ruben and his men. They were spot on with everything that they came across in the home I purchased. The price was very fair and their workmanship was superb. No BS they came in and tackled the project head on from the beginning. They were very professional and respectful to my wife when she had question and stop by to see the work. Ruben and his men did and went beyond what was contracted to keep me and my wife happy. I will have him do future work when the time is possible. Ruben also is easy to communicate either by phone or text. He was able to even help me and give great names of other contractors that did specialize work such as air duct cleaning, electrician, etc. Just a great experience and a pleasure to work with Ruben. I would not steer anyone wrong, Ruben and his men promise and deliver.

I spoke with both Ruben and his wife who both were the nicest people to speak with. I did get a quote which was comparable to other quotes we received. Though we chose not to use Ruben for this particular job, I would certainly call him again if I had another home project to do. When I called and left a message to get the quote, I received a call back 5 minutes later! Now that is customer service. Hopefully I will be able to use them in the future as they seem to pay a lot of attention to their customers.

Excellent job. Favorite space in the house. Great care was taken as this is a 1930's stone house. Willing to wait until his schedule permits time for another job: garage drain and brick driveway repair.

The staff was very punctual and professional. Any corrections to be made were done immediately. The workers were neat and thorough. I will use them again in the future.

Nova Professional Painting & Home Improvements did a wonderful job and had a very reasonable price. They had to come back to make some corrections on one item and they came back. They were very professional and they did it. Everything was fine. He found all those things that I didn't even know were there. I was very pleased with his service. I asked him for a quote for painting the house and on the outside as well, he's going to come back to me for that. We had to reschedule because of the weather, it was not his fault.

From the start it was an easy and pleasant process. Ruben of Nova came to my home and looked the house over and took notes. That night he e-mailed me a fair and competitive estimate, detailing what he had to do and the paint product he would use. We set a date up. He and his crew were punctual. I have never been so satisfied with any workers in my life. They were absolutely wonderful. They did a great job. They were punctual and nice. They cleaned up well and it was an absolute pleasure.
