One star is too good of a rating for this company. Very unprofessional and rude staff. They first came out to provide their service on 8/7/23 after I contacted AHS about a stoppage that I had in my bathroom sink. I was not at home so I had my dad go let him in. When I got home that afternoon I immediately went and checked the sink. The stoppage seemed to be gone so I was happy. Later on that night I went to get in the shower and the tub was filled with black water. I immediately called AHS and informed them about the situation. The representative tried calling Mr Plumber but was unsuccessful so she sent an email and told me that they would give me a call soon. The following day I called "Mr Plumber". The person that picked up the phone which is the only person that ever answer when you dial (845) 634-6000, got loud and said that AHS lied to me and they never contacted them. Again I called AHS and was able to get them to come out today 8/9/23. They were suppose to arrive between 0900-1200pm. At 2:03 I called them but got no answer so I left a message. I also called AHS who placed me on hold and stated that "they" were on their way. At approximately 3:50pm they showed up. I said "hello, were you the person that came out before?" The guy said "no that was someone else" and proceeded like he didn't know where to go so I walked him to the bathroom and showed him the tub filled with black water. He asked if I turned it on? I responded and said no I haven't used it since you guys came. This is how I met it. He scratched his head like he didn't know what to do and keep saying "what happened?". At that point he started saying something like I know maybe upstairs used it and caused this. I responded and said no I've never had this issue before. He then started yelling saying "I know". At that point I said "don't raise your voice at me". He bolted out my house slamming my door and left. He was there for maybe 3 minute. Something told me to go check the cameras to see if that was the same person that first came out and low and behold it was. So on top of being dishonest, he was extremely unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. Again I called to report this blatant act of disrespect to AHS. The representative placed me on hold and reached out to the company. When she came back on the line her exact words were "he was also rude to me and hung up". I'm still trying to figure out how I called to get one issue fixed and was left with an entirely new issue that never happened before? It was obvious that they knew that they messed up and still refused to even try to resolve the issue. They chose the right one because this review is going on every single platform that's associated with their company along with a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. STAY AWAY FROM MR PLUMBER. Read the reviews. Update: After the rude guy left, he wrote up a report stating that there was an issue because there were wipes in my drain...WHAT???? If that were the case why not say that the first time that you came out? No one on my house uses wipes. What he did find was 2 balloons and hair. He also stated that the problem is from the 2nd floor even though he never looked at the 2nd floor. There has never been any issues with the tub on either floors so for him to make this up is very low and disgraceful.

Do not waste your money!!!! June 8th we paid them $600 to fix our leaking shower and faucet handle in the bathroom. Their tech said he needed to order parts. After a month of unreturned calls to m the tech, I called the office to demand a manager. They instead had the tech call me to give excuses why it had been a month without hearing from him. He then promised to call me back with an answer by the end of the day. After a week of more unanswered calls to him, I called the office back to request a different tech. They sent a new guy who replaced the shower and sink handle hardware. As soon as he left, we noticed the shower had no water pressure And the sink handle can hardly be turned. The sink will now not shut off. I just spoke to the owner/manager Scott, and he basically told me they had already sent two people here and the problems we have aren’t their fault. He refused to admit things weren’t handled properly or that they were responsible for fixing their faulty work. We will be talking to our lawyers and filing in small claims court. Again I say...DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They don’t have a clue what they’re doing and they take NO responsibility for their crap work or unprofessional employees. RUN!

Everything went smooth.Came to check job and then went to purchse parts needed.. Installation of pipes under sink ,new strainer and hooked up dishwasher.. Excellent job and will use Mr Plumber again in the future

Description of Work: Installation of a vanity, sink and new trap in the bathroom. Installation also required the removal of a pipe alongside the bathtub.

THEY WERE PROMPT AND CAME RIGHT AWAY. I CALLED LATE IN THE AFTERNOON AND THEY CAME WITH IN A FEW HOURS. THEY NEW JUST WHAT WAS WRONG AND FIXED IT RIGHT AWAY. THEY WERE CLEAN, NEAT AND VERY PROFESSIONAL.
Description of Work: BROKEN FURNACE. THEY CAME OVER TO WORK ON MY FURNACE THAT WAS MAKING A VERY LOUD SOUND AND WASN'T WORKING.
