+ 0 moreHe didn't do anything but come over. He was prompt in coming over and he didn't charge me anything. He was very courteous, pleasant, and nice. I appreciated that he came out and looked at the job even though he couldn't do it.
Description of Work: He came over and looked at the job and told me the carpet was non salvageable.
