+ -1 moreWe felt very safe knowing this company was there 24 hours a day to monitor our security needs. The customer service department was very professional and we wouldn't hesitate in recommending their service to others.
Description of Work: This company monitored our alarm system, including using motion sensors, wiring for all the windows and doors, and smoke and fire protectors for our entire home. They did this on a 24 hour basis as part of a monthly service contract.

+ -1 moreIT WAS FAIR. THEY WERE NOT RESPECTFUL. THE WORKERS WERE NOT RESPECTFUL. IT WAS NOT DONE RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THE ALARM WAS NOT UP TO STANDARDS WHEN THEY INSTALLED IT THE FIRST TIME.
