Saf-T-Swim

Description of Work: My two boys attended swim class at the Bellmore Location with Megan. My 4 yr old swam for 2 1/2 yrs with her. Saf-T Swim is not cleaned regularly. My children have accumulated many make-up slips because of illnesses that they have picked up at swim. My 2 yr old almost died last yr when he had liver failure as a result of Rotavirus. He was hospitalized for weeks. He was unconscious in a coma while receiving three blood tranfusions. He had cerebral adema, which is bledding and swelling of the brain. He also had to have spinal taps and surgeries to put stents in his femural and arterial lines in case of full organ failure. His heart became enlarged. Thank god he is back and in good health now. But, now any sniffle I cancel swim. Megan has told me that she would not hold a six month restriction on any make-up as well as she would work out my make-ups with future payments like take 9 slips instead of charging my card for the balance of $145. Today she had Barbara in the office tell me that 6 were expired and she will only honor them 3 for each child at the end of January. Then she told me that the other 26 that I should schedule with other instrutors. Why when in the past my boys have been put in danger by substitute instructors that allow my son's to jump in as they turn their head. One time my older son smacked his feet on the concrete side while jumping in because the sub turned her head not to be splashed by the water. Another time my son threw up in the pool because he was so upset Megan wasn't there. Also these make-ups aren't all accumulated by me! Megan just cancelled on us last month because she said She worked since the morning and she was too tired to continue teaching. She also just went on vacation and she took off cancelling our lessons. Now I'm stuck with some 30 Make-up Moolah Slips that mean nothing because my boys instructor won't make herself available for these make-up lessons. Also they won't honor them in lieu of future sessions payments. They should have a sign "ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK"

Description of Work: Saf-T Swim teach my kids swim lessons. It's one on one swim instructions depending on the child's level.
