Pool Depot

They're prompt, very, very polite and their work is excellent. When they installed something for me, they got it all put back together but there was a tiny drift every minute, they did not leave, they took the whole thing apart and fixed it and put it all back together again. It's a fairly new company, very fair in price and very knowledgeable. I will definitely use them in the future.

I called Mike Jenossa on his cell phone to have him come look at my pool and a few things I needed done. (He use to work for Pool Depot and gave me his card while he was working there and said he did work on the side and I should call him direct). When I called him, he said that he now owns pool mart and it has been renamed to pool depot. I guess he stole their customers away. Anyway, he said I should call the office to make an appointment for him to come give me an estimate. I made the appointment and they said he would come after he completed his evenings work, by 10pm he still did not show and did not call. I called the next day and they said he would come to give an estimate that day. He was even a few hours late for that appointment. He said to call the office and he would be able to come on Friday to do work. Friday came and they said he was called to an all day emergency and they needed to reschedule for Saturday, first thing in the morning. I asked what first thing in the morning is to them an they said it was 8am. I sent a text to Mike at 8:30 and he said that we were scheduled for Monday not Saturday. They are clearly not running a business to make customers happy, but instead they are running it to put themselves out of business. I was patient at first, I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt as a newly opened company and just starting out, but now realize people need to know what they are in for if they decide to use Mike Jenossa or his company for any pool work. The power of the computer far exceeds word of mouth!!!
