We wanted 10 cubic yards of topsoil delivered. Their price was $100 more than another company the same distance away, so we didn't use them. It may be possible there is a difference in quality of the topsoil, but that was not mentioned. Even so, the difference between $160 and $260 seems unreasonable. I gave the overall experience a C, since the woman on the phone seemed friendly and courteous.

Olsens Discount Nursery is a fantastic company. Leslie is the name of the person who owns the nursery and I’ve known her for many years. She is just a great person. The products in her nursery has are of very high quality which is very important for me. The plants especially are of excellent quality. The kids that work there remember who I am and also know what my likes and dislikes are. They have been very helpful in carrying things to my car. They provide a very personalized service; I like that. Leslie also tells me what I can plant in my neighborhood based on where I have shade or where I have more sun coming in. The only problem is that they have very little parking space. I keep telling Leslie about it. I think it’s very important that she acquires more parking spaces because it’s a residential area and parking on the sides of the roads can be very risky. I would continue to use her nursery in the future.

They are very friendly and very knowledgeable and they take time to explain everything to you and they give you very good advice. We are not very knowledgeable and they do well with us.
