This company is definitely DEPENDABLE. I received a call immediately from Dino, we spoke about the problem and he was so down to earth and actually listened to everything I said. His customer service was exceptional. Then Jeff arrived on time as promised and he also was so welcoming and helpful and knowledgeable. He fixed the issue we had and let me know there could potentially be a bigger issue at hand. But didn't try to overcharge me to evaluate it either. They really do try to just help their customers. This is not just another greedy company. They help and care. Jeff was awesome. I'll def. Be using them again.

Jeff was early, knowledgeable and patient, VERY PATIENT. I didn t know where the tank was, he found it within minutes; My tank cover was stuck and he worked it relentlessly until it gave ... thankfully because another week or so and it would ve backed up!
