This was the best service we have gotten to date. Jeff was here bright and early, was extremely thorough by providing hydrojetting aerating , chemicals and pumping. While other companies in the past have been here and gone quickly, he took his time to make sure everything was running correctly, explaining the service and what we can expect. The company was very professional to deal with. They showed up on time, accurately diagnosed the problem and walked us through the options to resolve our issue. The tech came back as scheduled and he was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in fixing the issue. He was also very careful working around our landscaping, leaving the yard with minimal indication of the work. I would highly recommend them.

AAA Dependable cesspool company in Ronkonkoma, NY did an excellent job that turned out to be quite complex. Somehow, the problem was solved expeditiously, skillfully, and courteously. The man who came to our house was especially persistent and honest in cleaning the line. He never quit and and never said that the problem needed a far more expensive solution. They have my highest recommendation.

We called AAA and they came immediately to fix our problem. After emptying the cesspool they saw they needed to do repair after another company did not do what they were suppose to when they were installed. Everyone in the office was wonderful and courteous. Don't bother using any other company for your cesspool, I had to call Jeff to do what the other company messed up ( really, how hard is it to find a cesspool that is shown on a survey and then empty it?).
