After discovering two clogged toilets on Tuesday night January 2nd at 11 p.m. I contacted Dino at AAA dependable sewer and drain. He contacted me within minutes I explained what the problem was he said he would have his service man Jeff be at my house at 8:30 the next morning. Jeff showed up at 8:15 and after hearing what the problem was addressed all the issues to complete everything in a timely manner neat and clean Jeff's courteousness knowledge and reliability is what is expected and that's what was there this was an outstanding experience and I would use them for everything that I need and recommend them to anybody who has a problem of this sort

Jeff was honest businessman. I had my cesspool pumped at the end of August with another company only to find out from Jeff that they she have pumped my overflow instead of my main cesspool. They never told me that doing that was important they just said it is an extra fee to find it not that we need to find it and pump it. So when I spoke to Jeff about the situation he was right upfront and told me they did it wrong. I feel like I was taken advantage of Jeff was great honest man. Jeff knows his stuff. Did what he promised. A bit pricier than I expected, but this is first house owned with a cesspool.

Highly recommend this Company. Melissa was very professional in setting up my appointment. Can't say enough about Jeff. Called before coming to let me know he was on his way. He was friendly and professional giving recommendations for the problem. Very satisfied and would definite,y recommend them.

Fellow came and asked about my problem. I told him and he started looking for cespool. He dug and removed cover and showed me it was full. He then ssid what had to be done and gave me the price. He also cleaned out the main line but doesn't do smaller lines so I now need to get another person to clean out those lines. He was very good at what he did and put the soil back on the pool and replaced the grass on top.

Called us immediately, showed up on time (actually early !) and Jeff was knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Instead of using a backhoe to access our cesspool (it was under our walkway !) which would have made a huge mess of the surrounding area, he said he could dig it up himself. Now we only have a small area of the walkway which has to be repaired. He did a great job !

Called me immediately, came the very next day (a Saturday) exactly the time they said they would. Jeff was great, took care of everything quickly - even pointed out that we had an overflow tank we never knew about and took care of that too. Excellent experience. I would absolutely recommend them.

Melissa was quick in response and in setting up an appointment for me. Jeff was great and gave a great price for a very complex job. I live in a very old house and the cesspool was hard to locate as it was under a patio. Work and price and people were great. Definitely recommend.

If I could I would add stars. My experience started with Melissa who went above and beyond to help me resolve my “problem”. She advocated on my behalf with HomeAdvisor, she followed up and reassured me that she would get my problems would be taken care of. We scheduled to Send Jeff to my home who got my house up and “running” no pun intended. He also provided professional recommendations to assure that this problem would not re-occur.Jeff was friendly, professional and very competent. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to everyone.

Jeff was a total pro. He was able to diagnose the real problem with my system and had that resolved immediately. Very trustworthy. Very satisfied knowing we fixed the problem.
