called 11/30/19 and the company responded in 1/2 hour. within one hour bathrrom clog was completed. the service man (sorry forgot his name- think it might be Chris), was totally professional, well-mannered and very efficient in taking care of the problem of clogged pipes. If anyone needs reliable and fast service please call this company. You won't be sorry! A HAPPY customer from Coram!!!

So my phone call to the office was what great. The women who’s name again I forgot was amazing. She spent such a long time trying to calm me down with worrying about a cesspool. I’ve never had one and I had no idea what they were till I bought my house a month ago. Jeff was awesome. Answered every question, showed me how they work and what to do and look for. Helped me figure out where to put a a pool for the summer in safe places. He was really great. At first he thought based on what I told him it would be a big job. Once he worked his magic he told me I was ok. What a huge relief that was. He checked everything and you could tell it wasn’t his first rodeo. I like he took the time to help me understand how it worked. He was down to earth and easy to talk too. They will be my new go to guys

He came to my house within an hour of calling. Friendly, honest, professional, knowledgeable. Diagnosed the problem immediately, fixed the issue in an incredibly timely manner and much to my surprise (this has never happened to me before with any contractor) cleaned up the mess that was made doing the work and put all the items back. I was completely impressed and will never use anyone else!

Let me start by saying Mellisa of AAA Cesspool is AMAZING! Unlike other companies their were no scare tactics or pushy salesmen to have you spend unnecessary money. This woman was not only very knowledgeable but took precious time to explain any signs of disturbance so that then I could make the right decision. This company understands respect & courtesy to build trust with individuals whom may not be educated or understand the process or options available. Although the work did not solve the problem, the work that was done was really needed. Jeff was very neat in his work habits. He explained what he was doing. The problem that I had was a smell from my bathroom sink, after removing the drain line, I found that the line was clogged.

What a great experience we had with the company. Can early, assessed our septic and saved us probably thousands of dollars by being honest. Not many honest people these days but he was so kind and took his time looking over everything and asking us our concerns. I am so happy to say we didn t need anything done! He was amazing and would certainly recommend him to anyone who is looking for someone honest and thorough.

Jeff called prior to arriving and was on time for scheduled appt. I have 2 cesspool tanks...Jeff assessed the overflow tank and toilet flushing and recommended pumping the overflow tank only...He could have told me that both tanks needed service but he didn't..so he spared me from a $900 bill!! Would definitely use them again.
