Very reasonable pricing, and quality work. A lot of other companies wanted to charge a ton of money to find the tank and also wanted to rip up the Basement. Jeff found it within an Hour. He got here early, got the job done, and charged what they promised. Cannot ask for more then that.

Chris came to my house to clear a clogged kitchen drain. He was masked and wore gloves and kept the appropriate social distance. When he arrived I asked if he could also replace a sink drain assembly, which he said he would do. That assembly turned out to be a problem since the old parts were frozen.. Chris took a great deal of care and with significant effort removed and replaced the assemble and then proceeded to clear the drain. Chris then cleaned up the entire area. Chris was professional and courteous. I would definitely would recommend Chris and AAA Dependable Cespool Sewer and Drains.

Our septic tank and pool were full. In the past, other cesspool companies talked me out of servicing the tank, so it had not been serviced in over 20 years. Jeff from Dependable explained in detail how important it was to have it serviced. He also showed me how it could not be serviced without adding an access cover. Jeff went above and beyond to correct the issue and spent a long time clearing out 20 plus years of solid waste. I would highly recommend him for your cesspool problems.

Chris called me within minutes of my request along with many other service technicians. However he was the only one who was helpful and honest from the beginning. He worked within my budget and was at my home within the hour on a Sunday. He cleared my blockage within 15 minutes while keeping my property clean. He was knowledgeable and explained every step to me and helped me understand how to be preventative. While guaranteeing his work for months. He truly is one of the good guys and is not out here to scam anyone like some of these companies do. I will only use him moving forward, if I have any further issues.
