It went great! Rick and Harry coordinated their efforts along with Steve & Rick, from Buza Constrution of CNY. They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. The end result exceeded my expectations!! I would definitely hire them again!

The team spent nearly all day on the project. Our sewer line was difficult to find since there was no vent or cleanout in the lawn. Once they had the spot, they carefully dug down to it and around the water pipes. These guys are really good excavators. So good that they didn't need to remove the fence even though it was sitting right on top of the main line. Once the new pipes were in place, Rick tested the water flow numerous times to make sure everything was flowing properly. Then the hole was filled back in. We'll have to plant grass but the lawn looks pretty good considering the amount of dirt that was displaced and put back. I'd definitely hire Rick again. Great guy, great team, straight shooter, keeps homeowner informed throughout the service.

Halfway through job they got a phone call for a bigger job with 40 units in need of emergency plumbing work. I explained that they were only half way through the job and that they hadn't touched the other access. They then said they would return the following day. Once he got paid $200.00 he refused to take my calls. There were two guys that arrived. The first guy was so eager to get to the other job he didn't care about payment for my job. He literally jumped in his van and hauled out of the driveway within seconds. The second younger guy hung around and convinced me that they would return the following day. I paid them on their word. Which I now realize was not a good idea. If you are looking for a plumber I highly recommend you don't fall for smiling faces that will tell you anything you want to hear to get paid. Always contact your city or town water/ sewer dept. for advice before proceeding, and take their advice, they will guide you in the right direction. By right, they were suppose to have us contact the city or they should have contacted the city before starting the job.
