Despite getting rid of the rodents, it seems new ones keeping coming back. I had to call the services couple of times, and they laid out new baits at no extra cost as their work is guaranteed for 6 months.

Good. They sent an expert that was especially good with seeing and identifying bat activity and let us know the insulation we were putting in( spray foam) would block any places they could see that any activity could happen. . No new activity since last removal.

Excellent Experience! From the initial phone call through the actual service. The Service Technician called shortly before arriving, he was pleasant, friendly and professional. He assessed the situation and explained his plan of action, including disclosing what insecticide he was going to use (which meant a lot to know it was a chemical I was familiar with and knew was pet safe). He applied the insecticide in strategic areas and told me how long it would be before I should expect to see results. The treatment was successful very quickly and I was Yellow Jacket free within 2 days.

CAME BY AND SET TRAPS ALSO PUT SOME ANT KILLING PRODUCT IN THE WALLS THE ANTS SEEM TO BE TO BE LOOSING THE BATTLE AND LOO LIKE THEY SHOULD BE GONE SOON

They showed up when they said they would. We weren't terribly happy with the result. We were having a wedding and during the reception, people did get bit by the mosquitoes. I will have to have a conversation with them about what happened.

After many attempts on my own to get rid of some yellow jackets, we called AAA. The yellow jackets were living in the wall of our house (between garage and outside).No concerns. I was ready to call them back and take advantage of the 3 month guarantee but I never had too. No complaints!

Two day effort... They had the equipment to do the job efficiently... Very expensive but it was, IMHO, the surest way of solving the problem... They did a very nice job...

They got rid of the ants within a day. He sprayed around the exterior of the house, and laid baited traps inside. I waited for three weeks to confirm that the ants are gone. They're very patient, polite, and professional. They're not pushy at all.

He was very thorough and careful. He explained everything done and answered all my questions. Knew a lot about his subject and taught me a lot.

We had a wasp nest in a storm window. Of the places I called Critter Ridders had the best quote and was able to schedule service the soonest. They arrived on time, promptly took care of the nest, and even cleaned the windows afterwards.

There was nothing that I did not like. It was exactly what they told me on the telephone. He was on time, friendly and professional. It was guaranteed so I am optimistic. They were very thorough. They were very quick and got an answer over the telephone and got an appointment right away.

I thought AAA was effective, prompt and fair priced. I would use AAA in the future.

They are reliable. They come when they are supposed to come. I do not have any problems when they leave. I am happy with them.

I would use them again in the future.

I left a voice mail for this contractor on 5/18/2012. They returned my call on 5/21/2012 and told me that they do not perform bird removal services. They referred me to Bill Berry @ 569-6804.

I use them every year. I only need them to come once a year. I have used them for over ten years. The service is great. I call and schedule them and they come when they say they will come. I have never had a problem with them. They are very professional.

We were 24 hours away from an open house when we discovered massive swams of wasps and a nest between windows! AAA Exterminators were great. They understood our desire to avoid toxic chemicals and smells, and were very informative in offering solutions. When the service person, Joshua arrived, he surveyed the exterior of the house carefully. He pulled one wasp nest out from between the windows, and where wasps were emerging from behind the vinyl siding, used a spray. I appreciated Joshua's knowledge and professionalism. And the speed! The wasps didn't return, though they guaranteed their work for 90 days which was reassuring.
