Wheeler Heating and Cooling

The folks at Wheeler Heating and Cooling are very courteous and professional. They show up when they say they will, sometimes even five minutes early! Their technicians are extremely knowledgeable and are looking to fit the needs of the customer, not squeeze as much profit as possible from them. They put the right sized AC unit in for the lowest possible price without sacrificing on quality. Additionally I had to put a call in over the winter for an issue with my furnace and thermostat. They were able to advise me over the phone on how to resolve the issue without charging me. My experience with this company has been all around positive and I will continue to use their services in the future.

We called because our central air quit during the heat wave. It was decided the more economical solution would be to replace the old system rather than repair it. They were in an out in 8 hours and cooling began once again. Michael, Aaron , and Zak are thorough, efficient, and very professional. We highly recommend their work and will call them for any future problems.

It was a pleasure dealing with them, and they were very professional and came the day after I spoke to them. I wasn't expecting to have to replace my whole A/C system, but they made it as painless as possible. The only problem I had was that it was a French drain and the pipe wound up causing a small leak in the basement; however, they came immediately, on a Sunday, to fix the problem and it was resolved. I highly recommend Michael and his sons!

Michael was A-one on work and consideration for me due to the heating problems. Very professional!!!!

They changed our oil furnace to a gas furnace on the coldest day of the year. They were going to do it a day later but because it was so cold out they came the day before and worked all day without stopping. We think they are very good and professional and would definitely recommend them to others and will use them again if need be.

I called the company on a Saturday and he was here in the afternoon. He knew exactly what was wrong and showed me a few things. For a emergency service call on a Saturday. What he charged was awesome sauce. He has to come back out to replace a part that was needed and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Thanks for coming and helping
