During routine cleaning of septic system, was informed that concrete was crumbling down into the pumping tank from the discharge pipe. Septic service said they could not repair it, but recommended Aaron Esselman. Contacted Aaron and explained the situation to him. That very day, he made the trip out to my house and inspected the tank (said I did not need to be there). He called the next day, explained the situation, in that with the ground shifting over the past 30 years, that the discharge pipe had become severed from the tank and the field. He gave me an e-mail estimate with a breakdown of what he would do to repair the situation. Gave Arron the go ahead, and within three days (this was not an emergency situation) he showed up at the site with the necessary excavating machinery and repaired the broken connection. He also repaired the hole in the dosing tank, removed the dirt that had fallen to the bottom of the tank and re-piped the pump. All this was done without me having to take a day off from work to be here. What more could you ask for? Immediate follow-up; written estimate (in understandable terms); showed-up when he said he would; left the site in a clean state when done! And, accepted payment by credit card! In the future, I will be using Aaron for all my septic services. Highly recommended!
