Description of Work: They replaced our electric hot-water-heater that died, with a new one. We had no hot water, and they were one of the few places who were willing/able to send someone out right away. They made (2) trips. 1 to diagnose, and another to install the new heater. They were friendly, honest, professional and did a great job, and explained/showed me what the problem was with the old water heater. They had at first thought they could just replace the heating elements, but it turned out they had to replace the whole heater, and he showed me what the problem was, and why they had to replace it. At first I thought the price was a bit high, but when I considered the time they spent, and how far they came to do the service, the price was very fair. I think Valley Mechanical is a Great outfit, and I would DEFINITELY recommend them and do business with them again in the future.
